Professor MD PhD Renata Górska

Graduated from the Division of Dentistry of the 1st Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw. Immediately after graduation, she was awarded a scholarship of the Kosciuszko Foundation, and held a yearly, and then additional two-month, research placement at the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. In 1995, obtained the second degree of specialization in periodontics, in 1998 her post-doctoral degree, and in 2003 the title of professor of medical science. Prof. Renata Górska is an author of 333 works printed in Poland and abroad, including 130 original research works, 65 illustrative and 18 international papers, and 136 conference reports published in Polish and English. She is an author or co-author of 20 chapters, 2 chapters in books and 18 chapters in two monographs. These works were published in the Journal of Clinical Periodontology and Dental Research, Clinical Experimental Immunology, European Journal of Immunology and the Journal of Dentistry, Polish Immunology, the Polish Medical Weekly, in the Review of the Epidemiologic, Contemporary Dentistry and the Dental Medical Problems. Prof. Renata Górska is a member of the American Association of Periodontology (AAP) and the Polish Dental Society (PTS).
