MD, PhD Ewa Czochrowska
Graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the Medical University of Warsaw. After graduation, she worked until 1994 as an assistant in the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Periodontology at the Medical University of Warsaw. In 1997, graduated from the specialty of orthodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Oslo in Norway. By 2002 she was a researcher at the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Oslo, where one year later she defended her title of PhD in orthodontics for the treatment of patients growing with missing teeth. Published a series of articles on the autotransplantation of teeth and together with professors Zachrisson and Stenvik was awarded the Dewel Award prize for the best clinical article in 2002 from the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics for the long-term observation of autotransplantation of teeth. She lectures in Poland and internationally on autotransplantation of teeth and complex treatment in patients with periodontal disease.
